Richard E. Leach has been preparing income taxes for 32 years and has been enrolled to practice before the IRS since 1988. He is graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a graduate of Boston University with a Masters in Business Administration

 

In addition Richard is Treasurer of the North and South Rivers Watershed Association, Inc. which seeks to preserve, restore and conserve in their natural state, the waters and related natural resources within the watershed.  He also serves on two endowment committees, that of his church and that of the Scituate Historical Society.  He has been a driver for the Road To Recovery for eighteen years.  Road To Recovery provides transportation for cancer patients needing treatment at area medical facilities.

 

Richard, and his wife, Jacqueline have lived in Scituate for over thirty years.
